Payment methods
The value of the products and services offered will be made through online payment. Payment methods other than those specified in these terms of sale will not be accepted. In the case of successful online payments, the transaction will appear on your statement with the name scarletoak. For online payments, we use the plationline.ro service. No additional transaction fees are charged. Regardless of the currency you have in your account, transactions are made in lei, at your bank’s exchange rate.
In the event of cancellation of a transaction paid by card, in accordance with current regulations, the issuing bank will unblock the amount blocked in the client’s account within 1-30 days, depending on its policy. For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 business days from the acceptance of the cancellation.
PlatiOnline System Subscription and Recurring Payment Policy
To ensure that the benefits of your subscription are not interrupted, we would like to inform you about our recurring payment policy.
Recurring Payments: When signing up for a subscription, payment will be made automatically at the selected interval (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.). The amount will be automatically debited from the card registered to your account.
Payment Retry: If the first payment attempt is declined, we will retry to process the payment automatically as follows:
First retry: after 3 calendar days
Second retry: after 7 calendar days
Third retry: after 14 calendar days
After the third failed attempt, the recurring payment will be automatically canceled and your subscription will also be canceled. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds available on your card to avoid any interruptions in the services offered.
Delivery methods
The access data to the learning platform will be provided within 2 business days and will be delivered electronically – sent via email.
Return conditions
As this is an online service, it is not possible to return the amount for purchasing access to the service.
